My strength is returning nicely thanks to multiple physical therapy visits a week paired with twice a week treatments with my trainer. Time for an update! I have been making a gradual comeback to Judo over the last few weeks and am so happy to say that I am right on track to be poised and ready for London! I did some hard training last night at practice and my shoulder felt surprisingly great! I will be picking up the intensity as the weeks go on. Unfortunately, i had to pull out of the Pan American Championships that are taking place this weekend in Montreal. I was a little bummed about it and i will most definitely drop…

My SJSU teammates competed in the US Nationals this weekend in Irving Texas and came back with 7 medals! 2-gold,2-silver and 4 bronze!
-They are all real proof that hard work pays off! They all have been training non stop in preparation for the Collegiate Nationals and continued in that manner all the way to Nationals.

There are 106 days until the Olympics begin. I cant wait to start the 100 day countdown! When you put it in terms of days it just seems so much closer. I have definitely been feeling the Olympic fever lately. I have done quite a few interviews and photo sessions in the last month and am excited to see how they turn out as the Olympics get nearer.
